Seasonal growing tips and recipes from Le Manoir

Raymond Blanc's restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons boasts a two-acre kitchen garden that produces over 90 varieties of veg and 70 varieties of herb use in the restaurant. Head gardener, Jonathan Keyte, has provided Garden Organic with his exclusive growing tips to accompany Raymond Blanc's recipes.
